Job description
The Registered Nurse will conduct initial home health assessments, which involve administering medications, providing wound care, and assessing patient conditions. This role includes care coordination, maintaining accurate documentation of patient observations, and adhering to physician directives within a specified geographical area. Applicants must possess a valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license and have a minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience. Additionally, familiarity with electronic medical records and the capability to travel to patients’ residences are essential.
