Job Summary
The Leasing Consultant is tasked with overseeing the leasing activities, which encompass property tours, lease finalizations, and fostering positive relationships with residents. This position also requires the creation of captivating social media content and the management of the property’s online marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
- Facilitate the lease closing process.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with current residents.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
- Oversee the property’s digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws.
