Job Summary
The Social Work Clinician II is responsible for delivering clinical and case management services to clients under the guidance of a qualified clinician. This role emphasizes the development of personalized recovery plans and requires effective collaboration with various services and agencies to assist individuals experiencing crises.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement person-centered recovery plans for clients.
- Provide clinical casework services under supervision.
- Work collaboratively with other service providers and agencies.
- Support individuals in crisis situations through tailored interventions.
Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work is mandatory.
- Must be registered as an Associate of Social Work with the Board of Behavioral Science.
- At least one year of direct service experience with clients suffering from severe mental illnesses in either inpatient or outpatient environments is required.
