Job Summary
The position of Mechanical Structural Engineer – Level 3/4 in Northern Virginia involves contributing to collaborative engineering teams in the Dulles area. The role requires expertise in structural analysis for various engineering projects, emphasizing the integration of mechanical systems within vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Engage in detailed structural analysis for mechanical engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative engineering solutions.
- Support the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical structural engineering, or
- A Master’s Degree in a related field accompanied by at least 3 years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex engineering problems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
