Job Summary
The Manager will oversee a team of engineers dedicated to enhancing large-scale distributed machine learning systems and generative artificial intelligence models. This role involves collaborating with various teams to outline strategic roadmaps and execute performance improvements for accelerator architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers focused on distributed machine learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and refine project roadmaps.
- Implement performance optimizations for accelerator architectures.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the efficiency and scalability of AI models.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development.
- At least 5 years of experience specifically in machine learning design.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role.
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a master’s degree or PhD is highly desirable.
