**Solar Consultants** engage with homeowners at scheduled appointments to present various solar solutions, including pricing structures and advantages. They assist customers in navigating the decision-making journey and are involved in continuous training and team growth. Ideal candidates should have excellent interpersonal abilities, be open to coaching, and exemplify personal responsibility. A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are essential for this position.
