The Student Success Advisor plays a vital role in guiding students from the moment they enroll until they graduate, overseeing their progress, attendance, and adherence to compliance standards. This position involves managing both incoming and outgoing communications, maintaining student records within Salesforce, and supporting the verification process for job placements. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with excellent customer service and communication abilities. Additionally, proficiency in Salesforce and Outlook, as well as the capability to effectively manage student caseloads, are critical for success in this position.
