Job Summary
The Solutions Engineer will take on a pivotal role in driving technical exploration, assessing products, and creating tailored solutions for clients in the LATAM region, collaborating closely with Account Executives. This position entails being the technical lead throughout the sales journey, which encompasses the deployment, setup, and assessment of the Coralogix platform.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements.
- Evaluate products and design solutions that meet client needs.
- Serve as the technical authority during the sales process.
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of the Coralogix platform.
- Validate the effectiveness of solutions implemented.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance customer engagement.
- Travel extensively throughout the LATAM region to support clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position.
- Fluent in Spanish at a native level, with strong command of English.
- Solid technical expertise in observability and cloud-native technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages.
- A readiness to frequently travel across LATAM to meet customer needs.
