Job Summary
The Solutions Engineer plays a vital role in guiding technical exploration, product assessments, and solution development for clients in the LATAM region, collaborating closely with Account Executives. This position is key in owning the technical aspects throughout the sales journey, ensuring effective deployment, configuration, and validation of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and product evaluations for LATAM customers.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to design effective solutions.
- Act as the technical authority during the sales process.
- Ensure successful deployment and configuration of the platform.
- Validate the platform’s functionality post-deployment.
- Travel frequently throughout the LATAM region.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing technical position.
- Fluency in Spanish at a native level and proficiency in English.
- Robust technical knowledge in observability and cloud-native infrastructures.
- Experience with scripting languages is necessary.
- Willingness to travel regularly across LATAM.
