Job Summary
The position focuses on the development and setup of Microsoft Teams Phone systems, ensuring efficient PSTN connectivity and effective voice routing. The successful candidate will also oversee processes related to identity synchronization, implement security policies, and provide endpoint protection through Microsoft 365 tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure Microsoft Teams Phone systems, including voice routing and PSTN connectivity.
- Manage identity synchronization across the system.
- Implement and oversee security policies within the Microsoft environment.
- Ensure endpoint protection through Microsoft 365 tools.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Teams administration and voice routing.
- Proficient in hybrid identity integration.
- Strong skills in PowerShell scripting.
- Familiarity with security hardening techniques and identity governance.
