Job Summary
The primary focus of this role is to oversee the complete implementation and integration process for products aimed at fraud prevention and compliance, collaborating deeply with clients throughout. This position is accountable for managing the entire project lifecycle from the initial technical evaluation and architectural design to successful deployment and continuous support.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and integration projects, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Oversee the project lifecycle from technical discovery through to deployment.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.
- Engage with clients to establish project requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design architecture that meets project specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementation management or solutions architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience in the B2B SaaS sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, JSON, and API standards is essential.
- Strong project management capabilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and technical teams.
