Job Summary
The Senior Project Analyst plays a crucial role in overseeing customer-focused projects, taking responsibility for evaluating cost estimates, identifying potential risks, and making certain that project expenses stay within the established budget during the production phase. Additionally, this position involves formulating strategic improvements to processes aimed at increasing the accuracy and efficiency of quotes through thorough data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer-oriented projects by reviewing and analyzing cost estimates.
- Evaluate risks associated with projects to mitigate potential issues.
- Ensure that all project expenditures comply with the budget throughout production.
- Develop and implement tactical process enhancements to improve the precision and efficiency of project quotations.
- Utilize data-driven methods to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- An associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on project management.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP software is essential.
