Job Summary
The SPD Supervisor will oversee the sterilization and distribution department, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. This role involves managing staff, optimizing operational efficiencies, and maintaining high-quality standards in sterile processing.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations within the sterilization and distribution department.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Conduct continuous quality assessment and improvement initiatives.
- Manage staff scheduling and development.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sterile processing or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in sterile processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in sterile processing is preferred.
