**Job Title: Specialized Case Manager**
The Specialized Case Manager is responsible for overseeing the case management team to guarantee adherence to both agency policies and DHS standards. In addition, they play a crucial role in aiding clients with their service plans, conducting home visits, and addressing obstacles related to educational, vocational, or employment objectives. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW) or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of applicable case management experience. Essential qualifications include excellent organizational and communication abilities, supervisory skills, and a valid driver’s license.
