The Specialty Account Manager will drive product adoption and commercial activities within Long Term Care facilities by building relationships with key stakeholders. They are responsible for executing territory business plans, navigating market access, and serving as a disease state expert to achieve sales goals. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and possess at least 5 years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, including 2 years in LTC or account-based environments. Proven success in sales performance and the ability to live within the assigned territory are required.
