Job description
The Specialty Beauty Advisor plays a key role in enhancing Clinique brand sales by interacting with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and offering tailored beauty services. This position also involves upholding store standards such as cleanliness, stock replenishment, and adherence to operational guidelines. A high school diploma is recommended, and a cosmetology or demonstrator license may be necessary according to state regulations. Ideal candidates will have exceptional sales acumen and interpersonal abilities, along with a genuine enthusiasm for the beauty sector and the capability to work flexible hours.
