**Director of Sales**
The Director of Sales plays a pivotal role in directing sales and marketing strategies to boost both occupancy and revenue for Hotel Blackhawk and The Current Iowa. Primary responsibilities encompass budget management, revenue forecasting, nurturing client relationships, and leading the sales team effectively. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and leisure sales, particularly within the luxury or premium hotel sector. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, complemented by a demonstrated success in overseeing extensive sales teams and implementing brand strategies.
