Evaluate adult and geriatric patients and provide individualized speech therapy to address communication, cognition, and swallowing needs. Develop and adjust evidence-based treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support functional outcomes and continuity of care. Applicants must be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist or eligible for licensure in the state of practice and must graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program. Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy and a commitment to patient-centered care are sought.
