Job Summary
The therapist will deliver clinical mental health services to a variety of clients, including adults, children, and families. A key aspect of this role involves formulating personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical mental health services to individuals, including adults, children, and families.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accurate case records.
- Collaborate with community organizations to address and support client needs.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- An active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC is required.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication and client interaction.
