Evaluate adult and geriatric patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve speech, language, cognition, swallowing, independence, and quality of life. Document care, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support continuity of care. Applicants must be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist or eligible for licensure in the state of practice and must graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program. Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy and a commitment to patient-centered care are sought.
