Job Summary
The Sr. Accountant, Securitization position is located in New York, New York, and requires onsite work. This role involves managing accounts to facilitate purchasing and receipt of payments while ensuring that financial statements comply with local GAAP standards as well as IFRS. The individual will also enhance process controls to support the quarterly financial reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee account management for purchasing and payment processing.
- Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS.
- Implement and maintain robust process controls to facilitate accurate quarterly financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Relevant experience in accounting, particularly in securitization or similar sectors.
- Ability to demonstrate effective application of GAAP and IFRS standards.
