Job Summary
This role involves acting as a technical advisor for ServiceNow Security initiatives, specifically aiding Federal and Department of Defense clients during discovery phases and proof-of-value assessments. You will be responsible for providing customized product demonstrations and collaborating with sales teams to successfully navigate intricate sales opportunities from initial qualification through to closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert for ServiceNow Security engagements.
- Support Federal and Department of Defense clients during discovery and proof-of-value processes.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations to showcase solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with sales teams to manage complex sales opportunities from qualification to closure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales or solutions architecture within the cybersecurity or IT operations domain.
- Strong knowledge of federal compliance standards and frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS) is mandatory.
- Must possess the capability to acquire a Top Secret security clearance.
