Job Summary
The Senior Chemist is responsible for conducting advanced chemical analyses and developing new chemical formulations. This role demands extensive knowledge in chemistry and the ability to innovate and improve existing processes and products, ultimately contributing to our research and development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-level experiments and chemical analyses to support product development and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine new chemical formulations.
- Maintain accurate records of research findings and prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all laboratory procedures.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior chemists and laboratory staff.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field.
- Extensive experience in a laboratory setting, particularly with chemical formulation and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards in the chemical industry.
