Job description
The Senior Claims Analyst will be responsible for investigating, assessing, and addressing both primary and general liability claims, with a specific emphasis on issues related to construction. This role includes managing litigation processes, setting reserves, and coordinating with internal teams such as underwriting and finance to analyze and report on claim trends. Applicants should possess a minimum of four years of experience in managing liability insurance claims, particularly concerning construction defects and New York Labor Law issues. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, and candidates should demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication, and technical writing abilities.
