Job description
**Job Title: AI Model Development Engineer**
Take charge of the design, creation, and implementation of AI models utilizing proprietary telemetry datasets and tailored transformer architectures. Work in partnership with interdisciplinary teams, including software engineering, product management, and MLOps, to produce production-ready predictive AI solutions. This position requires over 5 years of professional experience in software development, machine learning engineering, or data science, with a solid foundation in transformer architectures. Candidates should have practical experience in LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning and must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
