**Senior Operations Plant Manager**
The Senior Operations Plant Manager will oversee manufacturing, warehousing, and shipping functions to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and overall financial outcomes. This role involves executing Lean Management Systems, mentoring leadership teams, and promoting an inclusive workplace culture to meet site goals. Applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years in the manufacturing sector, including over 5 years in an operations leadership capacity with experience in P&L management. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is essential, while a master’s degree is highly desirable.
