Job Summary
The Senior Director will be responsible for overseeing the global strategy for Developer Solution Strategists. This role includes establishing objectives and operational frameworks aimed at enhancing developer engagement and promoting commercial growth. The successful candidate will guide a geographically dispersed team and manage pipeline assessments while collaborating with various departments to convert technical insights into measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Direct the global Developer Solution Strategist strategy.
- Set and define strategic goals and operational models to enhance developer activity.
- Lead a distributed team and conduct pipeline reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical insights into quantifiable commercial results.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in developer platforms, pre-sales, or commercial architecture.
- At least 4 years in a management position.
- Strong builder’s mentality with a focus on innovation and execution.
- Expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
- Adept at operating within complex, cross-functional environments.
