Job description
**Job Title: Senior Director of Data and Analytics**
The Senior Director is responsible for formulating and implementing the enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy, collaborating with leadership to enhance the adoption of AI and machine learning technologies. This role includes supervising cloud-native data platform architecture and ensuring strong data governance and compliance throughout the organization. Applicants should possess over 15 years of demonstrated experience in data and technology leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior position specifically within the life sciences sector. A bachelor’s degree is essential, with preference given to candidates holding advanced degrees such as an MBA or MS, as well as extensive technical knowledge in cloud platforms and data ecosystems.
