**Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer**
In this position, you will spearhead intricate electrical engineering design initiatives from the initial concept through to final execution, ensuring high standards of technical expertise and quality control are upheld. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring less experienced team members, nurturing client partnerships, and playing a vital role in shaping practice-level strategy and advancing business opportunities. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable, paired with advanced skills in electrical design software and familiarity with relevant industry standards.
