Job Summary
The Sr. Epic Cupid Analyst plays a pivotal role in analyzing and managing the Epic Cupid system, focusing on enhancing the functionalities that support healthcare operations. This position involves optimizing user experience, ensuring data integrity, and fostering collaboration among clinical and technical teams to maximize the use of the Epic system in delivering efficient patient care.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve issues related to the Epic Cupid system to improve functionality and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify optimization opportunities within the system.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system modifications, procedures, and user guides.
- Train staff on the use of Epic Cupid features to ensure effective implementation and utilization.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to assure data accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with Epic Cupid software and its applications in a healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
