Job description

Job Summary

The Senior IT Associate Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This role entails coordinating project activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary interface between stakeholders and the project team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple IT projects simultaneously while adhering to methodologies and project standards.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Facilitate meetings with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project reports, proposals, and presentations to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management with a focus on IT initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
