Job Summary
The Senior IT Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. This position is responsible for analyzing business processes, defining system requirements, and ensuring that technology implementations align with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze and interpret data to derive insights and support decision-making processes.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure effective solutions.
- Develop functional specifications and workflows to detail system changes and enhancements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in an IT environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with various teams.
- Experience with project management methodologies is advantageous.
