Job description
Job Summary
The Senior IT Software Developer plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, and test software applications according to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to review and improve system requirements.
- Participate in debugging and troubleshooting processes for existing applications.
- Support the integration of applications with third-party systems.
- Migrate legacy systems to modern platforms.
- Maintain thorough documentation for development processes and software architecture.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in software development with a strong grasp of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with database management systems and design (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Solid analytical skills paired with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
