Job description
Job Summary
The Sr. IT Software Developer will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of software applications. This position requires a deep understanding of software development methodologies, strong coding skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable software solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define software specifications and project timelines.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects in a timely manner.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and assist in problem-solving efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Strong understanding of database management and experience with SQL.
