**Market Design Specialist**
The Market Design Specialist will be responsible for crafting, evaluating, and enhancing market structures to maintain the efficiency and reliability of the power system throughout the energy transition. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities to create innovative solutions while overseeing intricate market design projects. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or Mathematics, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience. Strong skills in both quantitative and qualitative analysis are essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of PJM market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
