**Job Title: Senior Product Development Manager**
In this position, you will oversee the shift of new product formulations from initial bench-top samples to large-scale production, with a focus on ensuring reliability in processes. You will also offer technical support to teams on-site and aid in root-cause analyses to uphold quality benchmarks. The successful applicant will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in research and development scale-up, along with practical experience in plant operations or collaboration with manufacturers. A strong understanding of food processing machinery and knowledge of GFSI audit criteria are crucial for this role.
