**Job Title: R&D Engineering Lead – Electrical and Software**
Take charge of electrical and software engineering initiatives within the R&D group to foster innovation in mass spectrometry tools. Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and collaborative partnerships to guarantee technical superiority from initial ideas to market launch. An advanced degree with 6 years of applicable experience is necessary, or a bachelor’s degree accompanied by 8 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and software development. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within R&D teams along with specialized knowledge in signal processing and instrumentation.
