Job description
**Site Controller**
The Site Controller is responsible for overseeing the accounting functions of manufacturing facilities in the United States and Mexico. This role includes the management of financial reporting, budgeting processes, and cost accounting. Key responsibilities involve ensuring robust internal controls, inventory management, and adherence to both US and Mexican regulatory standards for financial reporting.
Candidates for this position should possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with a preference for those holding a CPA, CMA, or MBA designation. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial or cost accounting within a manufacturing setting is essential. Proficiency in advanced Excel and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are also required for this role.
