Job description
**Job Title: Mechanical Engineering Lead**
Take charge of the design, development, and testing processes for mechanical systems and components related to hydronic boilers, while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and maintaining high product quality. Work in partnership with interdisciplinary teams to oversee product lifecycles, foster innovation, and execute corrective measures to address performance challenges. A minimum of 7 years of advancing experience in mechanical engineering focused on product design and development is required. Strong skills in CAD software are essential, along with a preferred background in hydronic heating systems or boilers.
