Job Summary
The Senior Observability Systems Engineer position is a remote role that involves enhancing the visibility of complex distributed systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing observability solutions while mentoring fellow engineers within the team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement observability strategies for distributed systems.
- Guide and mentor team members in best practices related to observability.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective monitoring and reporting.
- Leverage your expertise in systems engineering, SRE, DevOps, or observability to enhance system performance.
- Oversee the deployment and operation of AI agents or similar technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience in systems engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or a related field focused on observability.
- Comfortable working with complex distributed systems and making them visible.
- Proven ability to mentor other engineers and share knowledge effectively.
- Familiarity with the lifecycle of building, deploying, and operating AI-driven agents.
