Job description
**Job Title: MS&A Operational and Technical Lead**
This position entails overseeing both operational and technical initiatives within the MS&A department and harmonizing activities across multiple fields, such as flight analysis, targeting, and structural engineering. The selected candidate will facilitate collaborative efforts among diverse teams and articulate intricate technical ideas to management effectively. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and bring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, along with demonstrated expertise in MATLAB, Python, or C++. A U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance is mandatory at the time of application.
