The specialist will manage program financials, including cost forecasting, revenue recognition, and Earned Value Management (EVM) compliance. They will collaborate with program managers and leadership to ensure contract parameters are met through rigorous variance analysis and reporting. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with equivalent experience. An active DoD Secret Clearance and US Citizenship are required for this role.
