Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing projects from their initial concept through to successful completion. This position includes the management of financial plans, timelines, and the coordination of various teams throughout the organization. The Senior Project Manager is tasked with upholding quality benchmarks, addressing operational challenges, and fostering robust relationships with both internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Manage budgets and schedules effectively while leading cross-functional teams.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, science, or logistics.
- Project Management certification is required.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project management, manufacturing, or engineering fields.
