Job Summary
This position is focused on overseeing electrical engineering initiatives, encompassing aspects such as project scoping, timeline creation, and cost estimation for both municipal and industrial systems. The chosen candidate will also deliver technical design support, assist during construction phases, and guide junior team members while driving business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical engineering projects, ensuring effective management of scoping, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Provide technical designs and support throughout the construction process.
- Mentor and assist junior engineering staff in their professional growth.
- Lead efforts in business development to expand project opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience following licensure.
- Strong expertise in electrical power system modeling and construction methodologies.
