**Senior Service Representative**
The Senior Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering specialized support to financial professionals and field offices concerning HTK’s offerings, services, and operational procedures. This position involves investigating inquiries, upholding service quality standards, and serving as a communication bridge between the firm and field staff. Applicants should possess 3-5 years of experience in customer service, particularly within a financial or trading environment. A bachelor’s degree or comparable experience is highly desirable, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a good understanding of tools commonly used in the financial industry.
