Job description
The Retirement Plan Consultant offers unbiased advice to plan sponsors and employees, delivering insights through both individual and group sessions. Additionally, they contribute to enhancing participation and deferral rates by implementing focused educational initiatives and benefit fairs. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, while a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The role also requires Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as the necessary state insurance licenses.
