**Job Title**: Ethics and Compliance Manager
In this position, you will supervise a team of professional investigators and oversee the ethics and compliance helpline, ensuring uniform resolution of issues and strict adherence to regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include designing and refining operational processes, ensuring the integrity of data, and offering leadership to the team to achieve service and quality goals. A bachelor’s degree in a pertinent discipline and a minimum of five years of relevant experience are typically required. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong skills in risk assessment, policy execution, and data management.
