Job description
The HR Manager will lead and support the HR team on a daily basis, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and recruitment efforts. Additionally, they will be responsible for overseeing workplace safety initiatives and ensuring adherence to state and federal employment laws. Applicants should possess a solid foundation as an HR generalist, ideally with leadership or supervisory experience, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of employment practices in Washington State. Possession of professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is advantageous.
