The STA Engineer will lead supplier quality improvement initiatives and drive root cause analysis for warranty concerns. They will act as a liaison between the supplier and manufacturing plant to ensure process compliance and effective containment of quality issues. Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree and at least 2 years of plant manufacturing experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical materials to senior leadership are essential requirements.
