Job description
The Staff Accountant will oversee the completion of month-end reconciliations for balance sheets and bank accounts, as well as manage job costing for construction projects. This position also includes supporting year-end audit processes, monitoring tenant allowances, and assembling financial reports. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification and demonstrate a solid grasp of commonly accepted accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and familiarity with Yardi or Sage software is advantageous. U.S. work authorization is required.
